někdy pomůže obnova souboru, přímo v prohlížeči že to bude pokračovat při 99%, dyžtak jsem napiš jakej používáš prohlížeč, napíšu ti přesnej postup
A nebo stáhnout znova,doporučuji stahovat přes nějakej download manager,já používám-internet download manager
pokud se ti stane takovej problém tak internet download manager dokáže navázat spojeni tam kde ti to spadlo

Posílám ti stránku na stáhnutí programu, určitě doporučuji stahování přes tento program, je rychlejší a jde navázat spojeni když spadne třeba internet

Type or copy and paste the following line of text into the "Filter" field, without quotation marks: "browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone."
Double-click on the setting when it appears in the pane below the Filter field. "True" will change to "False" in the "Value" column and the text font will turn from normal to bold, meaning that the antivirus scan has been turned off. Exit out of the Firefox browser, then restart it.
